Placed order then tried to cancel, I was told I could only cancel up to 5 mins after placing order. It took ages for order to arrive, it was pictured on my doorstep, after much investigation it was found minus 1 item, the other 2 items were of awful quality. After many many emails they offered a replacement for missing item & 20% refund! I said no & explained why, next thing I get email saying thank you for my order! What the hell?
