I would avoid ordering anything from this jeweller’s. They indicate on their website that it’s a family owned business that is closing down after years of being open, on the website the have a beautiful picture of their online store and assure that it’s delivered via Royal Mail tracked however, it isn’t delivered from their store it’s comes with a tracking number for a delivery company in China. When emailing to show my dissatisfaction and asking how I can return the item, the agent James, sent a generic response back that didn’t answer my question of how to return this.Please be careful as it feels to me that this is a complete scam.
