I had a problem activating a new eSim in Italy as it got stuck during the process and thanks to Maria’s constructive approach it only took a few steps and the Sim got connected. She applied a logical and time saving method and her questions for me were straightforward and productive. I’ve been with Maya for a few years now and so far has been but satisfied. Thank you. The only thing I wish would be added would be a eSim allowing phone calls as well.
