This is the first time I have used Maya. My flight was cancelled so had to contact Maya to ask about my options on activation of my Maya eSim. I was really impressed with Support Engineer - Dante who responded promptly with understanding. I was offered a number of options.
The whole process was so efficient and truly exceeded my expectations.
