I was attracted to the 30-day foundation trial that promised a full refund if the product wasn’t right for you. There are no tester options but they reassure you that this shouldn’t stop you because “if the shade, texture, or coverage isn’t quite right, you may return it with no questions asked.” The issue is you cannot tell if it’s suitable without opening it — yet they refuse refunds if it’s been used even once.Their refund terms appear to promise a risk-free trial, but the fine print requires the product to be unused and unopened. That makes the trial meaningless. I asked for a refund within 30 days and was only offered a partial refund because I opened the bottle.Very disappointed — misleading marketing and poor implementation of their refund policy. I won’t buy from them again. The foundation has no coverage hence why it’s not right for me. It is more a primer.
