Purchased an item for 20% off in the Black Friday sales, and it was clearly stated that it was eligible for an exchange if it was not right (I paid the extra money at check out to post it back if need be). What they DIDN'T specify was that you would have to pay the rest of the cost up to the full price! I was told that the sale had ended; naturally anything ordered during the sale period was not going to arrive in time to send the item back before the sale ended so I found this incredibly dishonest. There is no number to call so I had to rely on emailing for assistance, only to have to wait two to three days each time with two different reps saying something different.In the end, I opted for a credit and am still waiting for it to be applied to my account.Big waste of time, and money.Had they have specified the actual terms and conditions I would not have purchased the item.
