If I can give zero stars with a review, this would be it. I’ve held off with this one until now. There is no customer service. You send an email, no response. I had to send one each day after awhile just to get their attention. Still no response but I eventually received my pre order item which was 3 weeks later than advertised. I have just returned this pre order item and am waiting on my refund. I emailed the team on the 5th day of when the parcel was returned. We are now 7 business days of waiting for my refund. I wouldn’t order from this company again. Customer service is crucial for any business and this one has none.I can’t say the clothing is nice and well made because it’s not worth the money they’re charging. Take the time to read all the reviews and take it from us that have gone through this experience for others to not lose or waste their money. I didn’t do my due diligence in reading reviews. I wish I did before purchasing.
