Update: I did eventually receive the lost package after back and forth with the company and the shipper. The second exchange item never arrived so I reached out this week after a few months of waiting without an update. The company responded quickly that it was backordered and offered a refund, which I took. The one dress I did receive was nice but I think the delivery and communication issues need to be resolved before I would recommend as a customer. If you are counting on a timely shipment, you may be disappointed. Original post: I have placed two orders with Maye over the last two months and still have not received the items I ordered. One item I returned to exchange for a smaller size and I have been waiting over one month to receive the item. The second order was lost in shipping. It very clearly shows it was lost in the carrier tracking system and Maye representatives told me to contact the shipping company to sort it out. This is unacceptable given that they charge you an extra shipping protection and return fee when you order. The clothes may be nice but it doesn't matter when you never receive them. Will not order from them again.
