Since Mayfords started managing St Saviour's Court in Harrow on behalf of the freeholders about three years ago, residents have been plagued with the following problems:- Flytipping and littering-Inadequate bin space and missed collections- Irresponsible parking which has blocked access for disabled residents - Loud music- Broken entry gates and doors that compromise safety- Abusive and threatening behaviour by certain tenants toward their neighboursAttempts to communicate with Mayfords about these issues are completely ignored, or if you do manage to trick someone into speaking with you, they say they'll get back to you and never do. I assumed only tenants were being treated with such contempt, but recently learned that owners have had a similar experience. Pretty much the only sign of Mayfords' presence is some condescending posters about sorting recycling and so forth. They didn't even make these themselves but have printed out posters from Peabody, the housing association. This is not social housing and we are private tenants paying market rates.This has gone from an excellent place to live to a place we are hoping to escape as soon as possible. If you're flat-hunting and see a "managed by Mayfords" sign - run!
