I tried and finally succeeded to reported fraudulent charges. It was a nightmare just getting to the fraud helpline. NOT very helpful, then I had to deal with a person named Kenneth whose "English" was very hard to understand. When I told him he was hard to understand he shouted at me that his English was perfect. Why do companies hire people that can't speak understandable English. Kenneth was insulted and hung up on me.Customer service in this instance was pathetic.
