Having pre booked TIDY M&G service ignore my calls for 45 mins, arrived at Heathrow to be rescued by MBW rep. Our original booking failed to respond to any calls to collect the car, so holiday plans went ahead by having MBW take the car instead. Rep was excellent in explaining everything and helping and on return I received a call advising of T3 incident and issues with car. Althought we had to relocate to T5 from T3, which was a pain with 2 sets of golf baggage and suitcases, the staff were very quick to respond to calls and advise.
