Wanted to leave a review for the guys at MBW meet and greet parking. We arrived at Heathrow at 6:30am this morning to collect baggage and find two missed calls on my phone. They had tried to return my car but it wouldn’t start when tried. After a 7 hour flight, this left us in a big problem. The guys from MBW arranged to pick us up from the airport and take us to the compound, tried to help charge the battery (it’s an electric car with two extra batteries, not just the main one, who knew? Not me!) but the small ancillary battery was shot. Luckily I had RAC so the guys looked after us whilst we waited for them to turn up and replace the battery. They brought us in out of the cold, allowed us to use the toilets and even made us (and the RAC men!) a Nespresso type coffee each. We definitely interrupted their day but everyone there was absolutely brilliant and gave above and beyond customer service. Thanks guys, I’ll certainly be using again in the future whenever I travel, just hope it’s a little more straightforward next time! Great customer service goes a long way, and was certainly appreciated from both of us this morning.
