Upon collecting my car from a 3 day trip away, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I don’t smoke myself, hence it being very noticeable. I’d also left myself a can a Coca Cola in my drink holder, for my return drive home, which had been opened, drunk and left in the same place, which showed a huge lack of respect. I raised this issue with the guy manning the desk, who told me neither of the drivers who had driven my car to and from the airport smoke, leaving me wondering who else had been driving my car while I was away and seemed quite dismissive of my drink been consumed while in their hands.All in all, not a good experience and I will not be using this company again.
