Review Time
I would be lying if I said this doesn't happen often, but every time I have included chicken nuggets in my order at the Aberdare restaurant, having selected 4 sauces as requested, not once have I seen a pot of sauce. I have complained directly to McDonalds on so many occasions, and keep get apology after apology and a voucher but this doesn't change the fact that I still get no sauce. C'mon people, it's not rocket science, it's just putting a sachet of sauce in a bloody bag.
Always a great experience at this McDonald’s! The staff are friendly, fast, and get the order right every time. The restaurant is clean, the food is always fresh and hot, and the drive-thru is super quick even during busy hours.I really appreciate how polite the workers are and how well they handle big lines. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations around — consistent quality and great service every time!
Ordered from McDonalds in Malvern today, when it arrived it was Stone Cold, we were annoyed, when you order food from anywhere it should be at least WARM.So please be aware unless you like Cold food.We may not have any Delivery in the Future.
Ordered a breakfast and AGAIN missing items. Ordered double sausage/egg muffin meal A sausage/egg muffin meal Pancakes/sausage meal all to come with drinks and yet hey-ho NO DRINKS!!!! And whoever packs the bags and tries to squeeze the pancake into a small bag PLEASE look up common sense and use a BIGGER BAG.
The branch in Canning Town has become very hostile to drivers. The moment you pack, the driver is under premises' arrest. The driver is issued a packing ticket if he leaves the premises for whatever reason. When is a custermer not a customer. I have been issued with tickets even when I have receipts to prove that I was there as a customer. Drivers take note.
What is it with Mc Donalds retail park dunfermline if you what to find a outlet that screws up your order regularly you cant beat them from cold fries ,or burger with added pickels or tomato when you ask for nether kids happy meal missing its drink on a large order you cant beat them to be fair this is not a constant thing but happens enough times for me to write this review
Order food for glasgow fort morrisons. Pancakes for my little ones under age of ten get gone zero mapel syrup for them. 2 weeks later order food no sauces. Another week later no sauces. Im paying for this and clear tlto last to hand out or theft what one is it. Order in store waited 45 mins for kids chicken nuggest as just eat drivers place a joke of a McDonald's
