I ordered an advent calendar on November 18th, expecting it to arrive by the start of December. The ordering process indicated a delivery timeframe of 3-5 days. After numerous emails from my side, and receiving unhelpful responses, I eventually had to involve my card company to retrieve my money. Only then did they mention that they would process a refund. It seemed they had no intention of sending the product or issuing a refund, hoping I would just give up.
