We opted for a premium choice, hoping that the quality and service would match the high price. Unfortunately, we were completely mistaken! Just months after investing a significant amount in custom couches, we encountered mechanical problems. We were persuaded to purchase the service plan, believing everything would be resolved. However, the service team blamed the company, and vice versa. Now, the motor for our recliner, which is stuck in the open position, has been on backorder for months. There's been no communication from the store's staff—no follow-up, just constant regret each time I enter my living room. Do yourself a favor—save a lot of money and choose a different option. This company is NOT worth it!
