After ordering Sausage and Egg muffin using Kiosk terminal at Belconnen food court McDonalds in ACT at 12:02pm, I waited over 10 minutes while other orders were being completed before my 1 item. When I finally received my item, muffin were not toasted as how they usually are and cold with cooked content in the middle. YUK!!! Seriously, it took them over 10 minutes to prepare 1 item and yet they still manage to stuff it up! Totally unacceptable! They should change their name to Mc S#!T. I don't think I will use that restaurant again.
