The renovations have certainly made this location more appealing, but my last two visits have been quite frustrating. During the last visit, three items were missing from our order, and it took multiple inquiries to receive the correct food. This time, although the place was mostly empty, we waited nearly 40 minutes for our meals to arrive. By the time they got to us, most of the food was cold. There were very few staff members present, and others who ordered after us were receiving their meals while we just kept waiting. We hadn’t even ordered anything special, which added to our disappointment. We thought about returning the food to voice our concerns, but didn’t want to wait any longer for a hot meal; we just wanted to finish and leave.
