Really don't know where to start, I've been following city for 50 years and find our ticket office worse than at any other time including maine rd. We are meant to be a huge club but supporters can't get through by phone it takes upto 2 hours for them to answer. Then on a few occasions you get cut off mid conversation after all that time waiting.Turn up in person to get tickets and you stand in a queue of upto 50 people with one member off staff. Sat next to the staff member is another one but only deals with match day tours but has no queue whatsoever so they sit there twiddling their thumbs. Having mobility issues can't stand up waiting for long so end up leaving empty handed when surly the other member off staff could help out. Also when the ticket office was outside you would join the queue and there is always only one window open all the others are shut while we all stand there in the rain. CITY need to sort this terrible ticket office out as it is not fit for purpose and is an embarrassment to our club.
