My husband and I travelled from Canada to do the Etihad stadium tour and catch a game the next day. Everything was so well organized and had no issues. Our tour guide Ruby was amazing. We had the last tour time on a Friday night and she could have easily blown through the tour to go home which was NOT the case. Not only was she extremely informative about all the facts from the start of Man City to now, she made it so fun for all involved. Ruby is so personable and had patience with everyone wanting and asking her to take pictures over and over again. She really worked hard to make it enjoyable and we were lucky to have her. Give the girl a big raise because she deserves it.Thanks Ruby for such a great time and making our trip from Canada that much better! We really enjoyed our time with you. All the best.
