I ordered the Manchester City goalkeeper kit 24/25 season with Ederson printed on the back as a present for my 10 year old son. This was at a cost of £120, which is of course extortionate. It became clear that the order would take at least two weeks to arrive, which was no good to me. I requested to cancel the order the following day via the Man City store web site. I received no response. I still haven’t received the kit, and went again today to cancel the order as I received and e-mail to say it had been shipped. I am now told it is too late to cancel the order, and a refund will not be possible due to the ‘personalised’ print on the kit. DO NOT order from Manchester City. If you want their kit, order off a trusted and competent vendor. Out of principle I will be taking them to small claims court if necessary as their customer service has been as incompetent as it is inadequate
