Rang "customer service" for help with my son's account, whoever I spoke to needs some training in dealing with people, I felt like I was inconveniencing him by calling. When I couldn't immediately find the menu option that he suggested, he offered no further support or attempt to work out where I was on the website to try and guide me to the correct place. I heard him say "Jesus Christ" under his breath, not sure if this was aimed at me or something else he was doing in the background because I didn't really feel like he was engaged in the conversation we were having. Charging the prices they do for tickets plus matchday membership @ £55 and they can't be a*sed to help you spend your money with them.
