When you take out insurance you have this idea that you will be OK when the bad stuff happens. Well the bad stuff happened and then we were faced with fighting with the insurance who have a whole lot more experience in the litigation arena. Bob and Ryan took care of everything for us and kept us in the loop the whole way.
