My order was lost in the post so I contacted McLaren customer service to report this. I was very concerned as I had waited a while and it was a gift for a birthday so time was running out. I received a response to my email within 5 minutes, a further response in another 5, and before I knew it a replacement item had been sent out. The shipping was even upgraded to next day and I received my package less than 24 hours later. Could not fault and was very, very impressed.Thank you!
