I had a really frustrating experience! They insisted that my address was not deliverable, even though I had received deliveries there before without any problems. To make matters worse, they provided a disconnected phone number for the tracking service! Additionally, they informed my card provider that I was lying about the disputed charge, claiming I just wanted the items and money. I disputed the charge because I hadn't received the product when promised, and weeks later, it finally arrived at the same address they initially deemed undeliverable. Very unpleasant service!
