MCM storeBy far the worst company I ever dealt with. I purchased an item for a friend of mine that was on sale for Father’s Day a pair of slides they are originally 210.00 they were on sale I got them for 156.90 to make a long story short he went to the store in the Galleria Houston Tx to exchange for a bigger size a older lady told him those were bought on sale and she can’t return them after telling the lady he don’t want to return them he need a bigger size, she said she couldn’t exchange he didn’t have the receipt so he let me know he couldn’t exchange the slides so I called the store and spoke to a sales Rep by the name of Joseph I gave him the order # he said he would look into it and give me a call back. after a hour or so he did call me back to let me know since the slides was on sale he would have to return the slides and sale me the size I need a regular price. I explained to the gentleman that that doesn’t make any sense to me it’s within the 30 days I just need to exchange for a larger size I was told that’s the way they have to do it due to the slides are no Longer on sale. The math just isn’t mathing. I contacted the customer service department I was told I have to mail the slides back purchase the slides again at regular price once I get a shipping # give customer service a call and ask them to honor the price at which I paid the first time. Are you kidding me who has time for that. I feel they tell you that foolishness because they know people do not have time to go through that rigmarole. So I have to pay 71.00 dollars to get the size he need. This place is a joke never ever again will I purchase anything else from MCM nor will I purchase any of there merchandise from any vendor.
