Ordered a item and paid for next day shipping. The website clearly states if I order before 1 pm then item will be shipped same day and I would get it the next day. I ordered at 12 noon then called the company to confirm they received my order which they confirmed that they received before 1 pm. I called MCM again later in the day to confirm my order has be shipped out but then was told they didn’t get invoice till 8pm and it missed the cut off time.. and that it may go out the next day. I explain to CS the purpose of me paying extra is for next day shipping not 2 day shipping and that their website is very misleading. Horrible CS and definitely horrible company.. Did not expect this from us.mcmworldwide. Will not be buying from them again
