Ordered a piece of equipment 3 weeks ago, I tried to call in to check on it as I’d received no updates, wasn’t able to get through to anyone. I sent multiple ignored emails, after 3 weeks I get a call to say they don’t have it in stock and won’t for another 3 weeks. Amazing this is only coming to light now rather than when I placed the order. They’ve set my hamstring rehab back and really inconvenienced me, I’ve spent 1,000s and 1,000s with them over the years due to their reliability. I won’t be spending another cent with McSport.
