I have just had the most embarrassing experience at my local Tesco's trying and FAILING to "cash in" the voucher for my free biscuits. After filling in a ridiculously long and arduous form, whereby I had to give my contact details, McVities supposedly sent access to a code on my phone to claim my biscuits at the checkout. The code failed to download successfully after 10 tries. Thereby frustrating the checkout staff (who knew nothing of this offer), plus the long queue of people waiting to use the checkout. Why make these things so complicated - especially if you are supposedly supporting a charity like MIND??! Needless to say, I wont be buying McVies biscuits in a hurry again!
