My experience with the company has been extremely disappointing. It all began in October when they would call for regular check-ins, but once I made my payments, they completely stopped responding. I completed my French class, but they failed to send my IELTS results or provide any updates regarding my Visa. After requesting a refund, they have continually ignored my inquiries, promising a call that never comes. I've decided to contact my bank to retrieve my payment. It's very unprofessional to hold onto my money without offering any support throughout this process. I demand a refund for the incomplete services.
