My experience with the service has been extremely disappointing. It all began in October when they would frequently reach out for checks, but once I made my payments, they completely stopped communicating. I completed my French class, but they failed to send my IELTS results or provide updates on my Visa. After requesting a refund, they have consistently ignored my inquiries, only promising that someone would contact me, which never happens. I have decided to approach my bank to retrieve my payment. It is quite disrespectful for them to hold onto my money without offering any support during this process. I want a refund for all the incomplete services.
