I found it is common in the industry for the facts to get confused or misinformation spread but Omar was fantastic at clearing up all my concerns and worries whilst explaining what each aspect of the diamond is and why it is important. This is what built the confidence to buy with Omar.His attention to detail and timely responses to queries kept worries at ease. I asked him to replicate a complex design and was worried how it would turn out. However Omar and his team were excellent in capturing exactly what i wanted and were able to work with me to update certain parts of the ring for how i wanted it. I was very happy with the service and so bought the wedding band and chain from him aswell which have also turned out fantastic.I couldnt be happier, its not everyday you find a jeweller you can trust!
