I recently bought an engagement ring from Omar and I'm beyond pleased with the service and the ring.I initially made an appointment to discuss the kind of ring I'm looking for, and Omar took me through all the details to consider when choosing the perfect ring for me and my budget. He was very friendly, honest, and patient.I got to see samples in his office of the different carat sizes, diamond charities, and the different ring materials and designs in his office. He took his time to make sure every single question of mine is answered and I've not felt rushed at all. I even took a month following the initial meeting to fully make up my mind and throughout that time I had a direct contact line to Omar and he was very responsive and friendly.I collected the ring yesterday and I'm very very pleased with it. The design is spot on for what I wanted, and it looks absolutely beautiful, especially in the lightbox provided that makes the centre stone sparkle beautifully. I will definitely be coming back to Omar for the wedding rings 😊
