I ordered a money back guarantee pack to try.
It took so long to arrive that I was away on holiday when delivery was attempted.
I never received the package and Royal Mail assured me it would have been returned to sender.
As I never got it, I obviously wasn’t able to commit to a regular order. However, I had obviously unknowingly signed up to a subscription.
So another parcel came. Again, delivery was attempted a couple of times when I was not in and then the parcel returned to sender.
I cancelled the subscription as soon as I realised and then contacted the seller.
They said the second parcel had been ‘refused’ so they would not refund me for it. This was almost £200.
It had not been refused, but how does one prove a negative? Also, given the first parcel was not delivered, why send out a second one without some prior communication. If you know the customer has not received their initial parcel, how can you expect them to know whether they want the subscription or not?
As far as I know both parcels were returned to sender by Royal Mail. However, the company refused to accept that I deserved a refund and agreed to only give me a small refund, rather than all that I was owed.
So, I can’t review the product… but I would not trust this company. They are robbers, and still owe me almost £200
