The shampoo is nice . However 1 oz of serum for the price is a bit ridiculous. I ordered a 3 month supply and after forgetting to take the collagen and supplements for a few days, I realized my good intentions would not play out and wanted to return two unopened and still seal jars of collagen and supplements..But guess what...since the company claims they are a medical and therefore nonrefundable. Forget that you can buy supplements and powders at Target, Costco and return them if they have been open...MD hair states a bogus medical reason when it has nothing to do with the FDA. When I tried to return I was told no. I went in to cancel my subscription so I wouldn't forget. I then got another email from customer service saying they did have a 180 days satisfaction guarantee but since I cancelled my subscription I didn't qualify...Does the word scam smack you in the face at this point. I thought I had done enough research before I purchased the product but with AI? I will only go through my dermatologist from now on. Buyer Beware...
