There are plenty of positive things to say about MDT, the jewel in their crown being Atanas, who is extremely capable and charming, and the same can be said for most of his team. The provided the full gamut of services for our project - plumbing, carpentry, drainage, decoration, tiling, plastering, carpentry and demolition - and Atanas was responsive to issues when they arose. They finished on time. Only the paintwork fell short and the finishings were often not good. However, MDT are expensive, and the poor parts of our experience came from the attitude of the financial department. I would recommend anyone to make sure their quote is fully itemised with a breakdown of exactly how many days of labour and which exactly materials will be used so you can price-check. In summary MDTs work is good, the on-site service is excellent, but they can also be disappointing and short-sighted.
