LifePoints is an absolute worst survey platform at this point. For the past seven months, I have been tremendously harassed with closed surveys, technical glitches, and surveys completely irrelevant to my profile. Instead of resolving the issues, they keep sending the same nonsense response—that they are still “investigating” and asking me to “keep my patience.”From the past month or more, the situation has worsened drastically. Their corrupt system doesn’t even recognize my city, my state, or my age, and I keep getting screened out for no valid reason. Since last Saturday, I have been screened out from 7-8 surveys for absolutely no reason! Their system is a complete failure.Their member support team is mostly silent, and when they do reply after multiple follow-ups, their responses are casual, dismissive, and completely useless. Here’s a perfect example:On Saturday, I was doing a 100 LP survey that was running smoothly, but due to their own technical glitch, the survey suddenly stopped and got closed.Today at 7:40 PM IST, their so-called “support” team gave a laughable response—to “clear my browser cache and retry” a survey that is already closed and inaccessible. Are they even serious?LifePoints has become a mentally exhausting, frustrating experience. 90% or more of the surveys I receive are either already closed, have technical issues, or screen me out unfairly.They CANNOT provide any real solutions and are destroying the user experience every single day. If you are considering joining LifePoints—DON’T. It’s a complete waste of time. Their system is broken, their support is useless, and they are making no effort to fix anything.Avoid at all costs!Updated Review on Trustpilot – LifePoints is Getting Worse!After my last review, LifePoints responded with sweet words, pretending to care. The member support team remains just as careless, providing generic, copy-paste responses while deliberately ignoring the most critical issues.This is no longer just bad service—it feels like a well-planned way to avoid giving rewards while wasting our time. If LifePoints really cared, they would have fixed these problems by now. But all they do is pretend to investigate while ignoring real concerns.Enough with the excuses—it's clear LifePoints is not a trustworthy platform anymore!And who is replying of my reviews mentioning himself/herself as "I" - who is it..all are very suspicious and hidden.I am not mad or a child to write multiple reviews in trustpilot. Today also, you have sent me 2 surveys in which one survey suddenly closed while I was replying without doing any delay. And the another one is a closed survey of 100 points. I have kept my cool and patience from last 7 months or more - how much more time a human being can be cool enough. You are cleverly ignoring the vital points and most of your member support teams" replies are AI written while I expect to the point prompt response. Why don't your support team respond promptly? I can't forget one of the replies given by your team to clear browser and retry a survey which was closed 3 days earlier and it was a technical glitch from your side. What kind of dedication is this? Why don't have any seperate portal to update profile that all survey platforms have. Why don't you have 24*7 member support system? If I raise a query or to mail a query, I get the reply according to GMT time? Why I should wait 5-6 hours when I need an urgent help. You can't understand that your servers are heavily overloaded and a significant interlinking problem is there with your servers ( thatswhy showing server error 502 & 504 often)and your application and system are fully corrupted with bugs and technical glitches. Give me a single example of any reputed survey platforms who are being failed to resolve issues over 7 months or more. You can't because it's really an absurd . You have destroyed your reputation to a significant level and still argue with vague clarifications. And mention your ame in further reply you give so that I can address you in support system in my needs. Again experienced a closed survey of 100 LPs yesterday and a survey with technical glitches just now. Fake survey platform with some idiots who have not any technical knowledge. Worst survey platform.
