In February 2025, we purchased a used vehicle from Meadway Autoland, but unfortunately, we encountered several problems with it shortly after. I was able to speak with Zubair over the phone and communicate via text multiple times without any problems. He arranged for the vehicle to be collected at our convenience in the evening, taken for repairs, and then returned to us. Everything was fine until the following week when we experienced more issues. Once again, we reached out to Zubair, and he promptly arranged for the vehicle to be collected and repaired. They even refueled the car for us.Things went well for another week, but we faced more problems. We contacted Zubair to discuss the options of an exchange or a refund. We visited the garage to look around with one of their staff members, but unfortunately, we didn't find anything suitable. However, they offered us a full refund.Throughout this experience, Zubair and his team were professional and responsive, answering my calls and texts even outside of normal business hours.Although this car purchase didn’t work out for us, I felt it was important to share my experience as a review for other potential customers.
