I was actually the recipient of a gift. and I was enjoying the products at but early on the youth activating melon serum pump wouldn't work on my bottle. I tried everything I could I tried shaking it all to the top I just shaking it all to the bottom it was not even close to me half used it was maybe a fourth and so I called them to ask him is there some kind of trick or something I can do I mean I didn't want to take it apart and break it or something and they just basically told me that because I wasn't the account holder they couldn't do anything for me and suggested I jus2 even if I did know whose name she had her account and I would never have even called her to ask that because it was a gift and I would have just felt bad calling and saying can you please give me your information so I can you know do something about what's wrong and I told them that and they say on their website that they believe not only in kindness in their products but in kindness in the world and yet they wouldn't help me with this one bottle of serumf that the pump didn't work on. know really wanted to be able to use and short of breaking the bottle open which proved difficult as well as I mean as a matter of fact I haven't got it broke open but I did try and it doesn't really want to break open 😂... darn... 😞 at any rate i had hope for some magic trick like it it in the freezer then... 8dk but they were short with me and just said they don't know I'll have to shake it however i can. I could of mailed it back to then if it was the product they wanted back. I mean to can definably tell it's their product. I guess they think it might not be paid for so they won't replace it? if this drug even available in stores because I've not seen it in stores . Sohow can you even ?? 9dk 8 just know this, it isn't cheap. Not so if it's can afford it.
