Ordered 3 glasses that light up. When parcel arrived there were only 2 enclosed. I contacted meantallie and sent photo of received package. They contacted me saying the missing item was being sent to me. Still not received the item. The last tracking info was dated 11/30/24 stating parcel was in Edinburgh. I have sent several Emails to meantallie.com asking them if they can locate where my parcel is. I have heard nothing from them. This has put me off ordering from them ever again. I have sent Meantallie another email today with attached photos of original order, opened packaging containing 2 items instead of 3, and the tracking info.
