1 ordered 4 sets of snow globe LED christmas bulb string lights. Two of the light sets had cracked, cheap plastic battery boxes and were difficult to open or wouldn't open at all. Opended the third set, the battery box was broken into several pieces. Now, after the company has exchanged many emails with me, I've sent pictures, and they want to reimburse me only $7 of the $52 of merchandise (4 sets) and I keep getting emails from China where the lights were manufactured, not from the Chicago address/company they were sent from. Also I was taxed at a rate of over 20%. Ready to turn this company in if they don't refund me at full price.
