Never got an order number! Their confirmation described my flower order incorrectly. Correspondence began at that point. They never answer my questions. Keep saying they will give me $5 for compensation for shipping and keep the flowers. I replied, "I NEVER RECEIVED ANY FLOWERS." Then they write back again stating they would compensate me $7 but I would have to send the flowers back to their Chinese warehouse. I recently filed a dispute (fraud) with a different company. Hopefully I won't have to do the same with this one. I've read that the company is in the US, but their products seem to come from China.
