They say Australian made but they are not look on alibaba same scooters imported from China and rebranded as mearth.No customer service and don't repair or provide parts either..Scooters don't go as fast or as fast as advertised either. Buy xiaomi or segway and you won't have any problems.. Stay away from this NSW based Chinese company..
