I logged into the platform to download my purchased exams, which cost around $300. The learning locker is no longer available, and I discovered that they now use a different learning site where downloading my purchased exams is no longer possible. Additionally, it shows I have 0 active products! Essentially, I no longer have access to my exams, either for download or online. Terrible service...
