I received my meat order yesterday, and the chicken had a foul odor. When I reported this, the response implied that I was being dishonest. They have many satisfied customers, so I must be lying! I mentioned that the steak was fine, and they responded with a dismissive remark about being glad I liked part of the order, again suggesting I'm lying. They claimed the chicken would smell for 15 to 20 minutes due to being vacuum packed, but it still stinks 24 hours later in my fridge. I've kept it because I said I would return it. Overall, I've felt dismissed and extremely dissatisfied. I allowed 24 hours for them to address this issue, but all I received was an email suggesting I must be lying. Additionally, they don't disclose that their chicken is halal. I urge the service to provide a proper response instead of brushing me off. A respectful reply would have prevented this review.
