Initially, great. All the games played well as you would expect for new players and I was ahead and in profit.But, after a while it wanted some money back, fair enough I get that.I was playing a game for a while though and after a while of not giving a bonus, I upped the stakes. The game crashed and said, to restart the game, it didn't work again and I could no longer access that game after around £150.I went on a similar game and it did the same. Frustrated, I made a complaint and sent in screenshots of the crashed games. A couple of days later they responded telling me that all their games worked on percentages and that's just how it is.I responded again saying that I was aware of how percentages work but this wasn't the problem. The problem was the two games in particular that don't work anymore.I got an apology saying I'm sorry for the misunderstanding and I have raised it with the technical team.Two weeks later the games came back but my deposits were disabled now.I rang up and I had to go through responsible gambling questions to get the deposits enabled.After half an hour of checks etc.. They let me back on.I put £60 back on over three days and guess what... The game errored as soon as it's was due a bonus again.I hit the self exclude button for five years... Just to get rid of it...
