Disgusting treatment of woman I care for I care for Debbie she has learning disabilities and is housebound she won £140 on mecca then after 2 year’s playing they blocked her saying they need id she provided I’d and they then ignored her she phoned and messaged every day they said I’d didn’t match after saying I’d passed then someone phoned and spoke to her asked if she had fun she told them she has lots of fun and names the games she had fun on they have banned her for 6 months saying she said she doesn’t have fun and said she didn’t win anything as they looked at a different date disgusting treatment of someone vulnerable who told them she relies on playing mecca to speak to people I guess people with learning difficulties are easy to Rob and con avoid this company like the plague I’ll be taking this matter further
