I had a call from the safer gambling team his name was paul, had a nice chat thought there was no problem he said i will put a note on your account saying all's ok, i went on mecca yesterday and it said i had reached my deposit limit, i have no deposit limits. I called rewards mike said paul had put them on because i said if i lost 200 pounds it would put me into hardship, absolute LIES and i said to mike there would be a recording of the conversation too to prove this, mike wasn't interested, i said well i withdrew 110 pounds yesterday so that doesnt make sense ? mike didnt reply. I was told by paul i was also up by 2k so we get the truth mecca DONT like winners, beware if you are smart and withdraw your winnings and dont give it back mecca will target you and force you to close your account. I have closed my account mecca disgraceful behaviour !!!!!!
