Absolutely shocking site, possibly the worst I’ve ever been on. The company has gone downhill since 2020 I know they struggled with the pandemic and made their prices absurdly expensive in their casinos a lot of people don’t go to my local hall anymore as it’s just ridiculous the slots don’t pay out and the bingo prizes are awful yet it’s ridiculously expensive. Also their menu has even changed and is awful. Staff seem so miserable and fed up. I know they had pay cuts but the company is changing things for them to make more money they’ve become greedy and corrupt. Customers don’t like this. I know former Mecca staff and can say they are treated so badly. Mecca is definitely not what it use to be, and as for online it is a total shambles. The site is rigged in favour of the house as most sites are however Mecca have changed so many of their games RTPs it’s virtually impossible to win now. £100 and you’ll be lucky to get 1 bonus and even when you do expect to win pennies back. The games are set to not pay out too much. Mecca is unfair with its payouts you can put thousands in the site will take take take. I counted 269 spins before I had a bonus, that was £540 lost to finally get a bonus and win £7. Absolutely shocking. I also have found lately whenever I play Mecca the site crashes CONSTANTLY. Bonus games are interrupted with a “internal server error” message which means absolutely nothing. My wifi and data are fine. My signal is fine, Mecca staff try to patronise me and tell me the site is ok and it’s my device or wifi but it’s not. This happens every time latley the games crash and I have to reset on every spin, sometimes I don’t get refunded the cost of the spin it’s very frustrating. I have noticed the games crash and need resetting whenever I am doing well which is very rare anyway but on the off chance I do get a bonus or win something the game will start playing up and gameplay becomes painful and hard to watch I end up having to leave it and just withdraw my money. It’s almost like the site don’t want me to win. I’ve noticed when I am losing and nothing is happening the site doesn’t crash, it only crashes when I start to win. How convenient. I’m not the only person who has noticed this. Also in their casinos I know customers who have won jackpots on the machines but have received a pop up ERROR 505 message on the screen and are then not credited with the jackpot amount and told the win was an error. This has happened a few times. One regular Mecca customer I know who use to go often told me she won £500 at Mecca and the error message came up she alerted staff and they tried to tell her she won £5 instead she was not happy the manager settled for £50 and told her that’s the most they could offer again she took it further making a big deal about it and was banned for life from the casino. There was uproar about this as this customer had been coming to this bingo hall for 20 years. It was shocking. She posted it all on Facebook and head office tried to silence her with an offer of £100. How about jsut pay the £500 she won fairly? Mecca makes millions out of innocent people who lose hard earned money and it can’t pay out £500. Disgraceful. Mecca is doing a William hill and is conning its customers they’ve become nothing but a corrupt money grabbing company. Stay well away. After the things I’ve seen and learnt I keep well away. There’s way more fairer and decent companies out there.
