I bought a used x1 from them and it had very mild cosmetic issues as would be expected from a used machine but for half the price of new I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was and it was perfectly functional. I've only had it for a few weeks now but it has performed amazing, and I had a couple issues caused by my lack of understanding of how to use it, and anytime I emailed customer support I got a response same day or next day, and unlike most customer support their responses were actually helpful and answered my questions well. Great products and even better customer service
